Many of our customers have pictures of their favorite cars, trucks, racers, boats and aircraft adorning the walls of their shops, offices and homes. We here at HRG have the priviledge of Mat O’Donnell of Wiscasset, Maine take these photos and recreating them through his craft. Mat is a well know artist who has an affinity for anything mobile, and his pictures reflect not only his genious but his passion. Mat resides at the most beautiful campground on the Maine Coast, Chewonki Campgrounds. You will find Margaret, Alfie and myself there for a minimum of two weeks per season. If you like to camp and enjoy quiet beauty, this is the place to go. But site #26 is reserved for us, whenever we can get it. So, any other site is fair game - stay away from 26!!!!
Mat’s paintings are proudly displayed by local favorites such as Stephen King, Joan Benoit Samuelson, Milton Mitlass the 3rd, and Bruce Brown. His list of exhibitions span from Bangor, Maine to Washington, DC and are too many to list, but one can be supplied upon request. Make your favorite wall next!
