We can’t list all the tools and all the manufacturers, but here are some that we’ve used and like. Some are nice to have and some are necessary. A pinion depth setting tool is necessary, a timing light is necessary, a wide band oxygen sensor meter is not essential, but very close. If you’re in competition it is extremely necessary, but on the street you can do without it, even though you shouldn’t.
