Including a video presentation as part of your product package will give your customer an edge on installing, adjusting, and maintaining your product. This cuts down on tech calls and returns. It also yields a higher CSI, Customer Satisfaction Index
Our video production capabilities come in three basic flavors;
1) Created in our shop, by us. These videos are produced quickly, edited by us, and are not fancy, but are technically correct.
2) Created in our shop, with a production company, and edited by them.
3) Created in a studio with a production company, edited by them.
All scenarios result in technically accurate presentations. The choice is determined by whether you want a more expensive production that would require a longer production period, or something that is more affordable, has a quick turn around, and if need be can be updated right here at our facility. Keeping production in the shop enables you to have more technical material available for your customers.
